To activate a new or changed account you must click on the link sent to you by the system, this link is mailed to the email address registered at the time the account is made. If the link is not clicked on your account is not activated. Sometimes I catch this and activate the account myself, but I am busy and don't always do this. So please, if you make any changes or make a new account, click on the link in your email.
